Guest Suite: What a great time of the year to have out-of-town friends and family come for a visit! No room? Here at Georgetown, we have a beautiful, fully furnished guest suite, which includes a television, linens, dishes, and so much more. So when you plan that special week, let us take care of your guest accomodations. Call the leasing office at 913-262-2666, and we will be happy to make the arrangements. The guest suite is available for $65 per night and $75 per night during peak season.
Fitness Center: Our state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with Cybex equipment, is open 9am - 10pm, Monday through Thursday; 9am - 11pm, Friday; 10am - 11pm, Saturday; and 1pm - 10pm, Sunday.
Other Amenities: The billiards room is newly remodeled, and we have four tables available. Not only has the childrens' room been newly remodeled, we've added a new playground. Don't forget, the indoor pool is open year-round and is sporting a new roof and skylights.
Clubhouse: Why not use the clubhouse for that special occasion? The beauty of our clubhouse is known throughout Kansas. Rather than spending exorbitant amounts on renting a hall for your birthday, shower, wedding or family get-together, remember: "There's no place like home." Garages and Carports: Pollen is at an all-time high this year. It's raining again, and we are all a bit tired of spending our Sunday afternoons washing our automobiles. Stop by the office and check out the availability of a garage or carport. Carports are leased at $30 per month; garages are leased at $60 per month. Give us a call and we will make every attempt to make your life at Georgetown that much easier.
Package Pickup: Here at Georgetown, someone is always home. The front desk is our resident receiving station when you cannot be home. Due to limited space, we request that you pick up your packages at your earliest convenience.
Office Services: Our business center makes your business easy. Send a fax: local is $2 first page, $1 additional; long distance is $3 first page, $1 additional; receive a fax: 50¢ per page; copies, 25¢ per page; stamps 42¢. Please bring a check or correct change, as we do not keep cash in the office.
