First Stamford Place Earns TOBY Award

Westchester County

500 Mamaroneck Avenue

In a relocation from Greenwich, Pasternak, Baum & Co., Inc., an agricultural commodity trader, and Pasternak Wine Imports signed an 11-year lease for a 15,164-square-foot office. (Please see tenant profile.)

Agnos Group LLC, a hedge fund, signed an eight-year lease relocating its headquarters from Manhattan to a 4,545-square-foot office.

Austrian steel producer Voestalpine USA Corp. renewed the lease on its 2,182-square-foot North American headquarters for five years.

711 Westchester Avenue

Enterprise Solution Providers, Inc., a technology consulting firm, signed a five-year lease for a 2,403-square-foot office.

"New York City-based Enterprise was looking to open a suburban office in a top-quality, well-located building," says Timothy C. Donohue, sales associate at McCarthy O'Callaghan, Inc., the tenant's broker. "711 Westchester Avenue fit the firm's needs."

Ten Bank Street

Pioneer Financial Management, Inc., a unit of electronics manufacturer Pioneer Corp., renewed the lease on its 2,575-square-foot offices through 2007.

Fairfield County

First Stamford Place

Greenwich Prime Trading Group, LLC, which outsources trading for hedge fund clients, relocated its headquarters from Greenwich to 100 First Stamford Place. The firm leased a 5,100-square-foot office for nine years.

"First Stamford Place is a very attractive complex for our firm, given its location and amenities," says Barry L. Savitz, the firm's senior managing partner. "We're going to be here for a long time."

Office furniture dealer, Arenson Office Furnishings of Connecticut, Inc., renewed the lease on its 3,953-square-foot offices at 300 First Stamford Place through 2009.

Euro Brokers Inc., a financial services holding company, renewed the lease on its 2,722-square-foot offices at 100 First Stamford Place through 2006.

Volume Services America Holdings, Inc., which operates under the trade name Centerplate, and provides catering, concessions, and merchandise services for entertainment venues, renewed the lease on its 4,096-square-foot offices at 300 First Stamford Place for five years.

Metro Center

In a relocation from the Chrysler Building in Manhattan, Cornerstone Trading Company, Inc., a hedge fund, leased 3,615 square feet for six years.

Fred F. French Investing LLC, a commercial real estate and investment management firm, renewed the lease on its 2,519-square-foot offices through 2009.

MerrittView

Kolmar Petrochemicals Americas, Inc., a petrochemical and commodity trader, doubled its space to 5,029 square feet, and extended its lease through 2010.
