Pioneer Financial Management, Inc., Fairfield County First Stamford Place Greenwich Prime Trading Group, LLC, which outsources trading for hedge fund clients, relocated its headquarters from Greenwich to 100 First Stamford Place. The firm leased a 5,100-square-foot office for nine years. "First Stamford Place is a very attractive complex for our firm, given its location and amenities," says Barry L. Savitz, the firm's senior managing partner. "We're going to be here for a long time." Office furniture dealer, Arenson Office Furnishings of Connecticut, Inc., renewed the lease on its 3,953-square-foot offices at 300 First Stamford Place through 2009. Euro Brokers Inc., a financial services holding company, renewed the lease on its 2,722-square-foot offices at 100 First Stamford Place through 2006. Volume Services America Holdings, Inc., which operates under the trade name Centerplate, and provides catering, concessions, and merchandise services for entertainment venues, renewed the lease on its 4,096-square-foot offices at 300 First Stamford Place for five years.
