The full-service hotel formerly known as the Westin Stamford, located directly adjacent to W&M's award-winning First Stamford Place in the heart of Stamford's Transportation Center business district, has just completed an extensive $26-million-dollar renovation and remodeling and has been rebranded the Hilton Stamford Hotel and Executive Meeting Center (the "Hilton Stamford"). The Hilton Stamford offers an expanded array of amenities to First Stamford Place tenants.

The first-class hotel serves on a regular basis some twenty Fortune 500 companies clustered in the lower Fairfield County area. Renovations include 484 fully remodeled and refurbished guest rooms, public spaces with upgraded furnishings and new artwork, fully renovated entranceways and reception space, and a new lobby.

The Hilton Stamford's impressive offering of facilities and services, which are so readily available and easily accessible to First Stamford Place tenants, include:

• an executive conference center approved by the International Association of Conference Centers;
• 45,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, the largest in Connecticut, including a 10,000-square-foot ballroom and a 7,300-square-foot Garden Pavilion Tent;
• reconstructed multi-level garage with valet parking;
• an indoor heated pool and spa; and
• the upscale Senses Restaurant.

In mid-April, Hilton Stamford will celebrate its new identity with a "relaunch" event and all First Stamford Place tenants are invited to attend.
