Wien & Malkin Strategic Capital II L.P. has made a $1,500,000 preferred equity investment in the recapitalization of Herald Center, a 240,000 square feet, nine story mixed use retail/office property situated at the southwest corner of Broadway and 34th Street in Manhattan's legendary Herald Square, across from Macy's block-long flagship store. The investment was made in partnership with Longview Capital and The Feil Organization. Herald Center tenants include Modell's Sporting Goods, Staples, Fleet Bank and Daffy's.
